DOT Medical & Physical Exam
Swift Urgent Care provides GA Department of Transportation Medical Examination for CDL (Commercial Driver’s License) / CMV (Commercial Motor Vehicle) certification.
Immigration Medical Exam
If you are required to undergo an immigration medical exam, we have a USCIS Designated Civil Surgeon who is authorized and experienced with the medical requirements of these examinations.
Physical Exams
Kids going to camp or registering to participate in school sports typically are required to have a physical exam and a signed release from a physician.
